Who we are

EPETAH LLC operates Balmve RX at www.balmverx.com. Contact us at support@balmve.com. We provide the website, business support and coordination for weight-management and hair-loss care in the United States.

We are not doctors and we are not a pharmacy. Licensed clinicians who work with MD Integrations (“MDI”) make all medical decisions. Our partner pharmacies fill prescriptions: Boothwyn Pharmacy, Hallandale Pharmacy and Southend Pharmacy for weight loss, and Epiq Scripts for hair loss. Which pharmacy fills your order depends on your state.

Access and eligibility

Read our business and pharmacy contact details, full pharmacy-supported state list and compounded medication information.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Treatment depends on your physical location, clinical eligibility, provider availability and pharmacy coverage.

We can't offer weight-loss medicine in Arkansas or California, because none of our pharmacies can ship it there. Hair-loss medicine is available in all 50 states. Our coverage page shows which pharmacy serves each state. Use your real address. Don't use a different one to get around these limits.

Requesting care

Provide accurate identity, contact and medical information. Tell your clinician about your medications, allergies and changes in your health. A clinician may request more information, a consultation, testing or in-person care, or decide not to prescribe.

Before you pay, you agree to these Terms, our Telehealth Consent and our Privacy Policy. Website information and business support are not medical advice.

No promise of treatment

Paying does not mean you will get a prescription. Your clinician decides. They may say no, suggest something else, or ask you to see a doctor in person.

How your clinician may contact you

You agree that your clinician and their team may contact you by video or audio files, phone, text message, email, or invitations to a secure (HIPAA) audio or video chat.

What you pay for

Every review by a clinician is a medical visit. A hair-loss plan includes the clinician's review: we pay the Telehealth Consultation Fee for you, and checkout shows it as free. Any other visit includes a $20 Telehealth Consultation Fee, paid to an independent licensed clinician, and our service fee. Checkout shows both amounts before you pay. The $20 pays for the clinician's review, even if they don't prescribe anything.

A hair-loss plan lasts 4, 12, 24 or 36 weeks, as you choose. You pay its price when you order, and it renews at the same price at the end of each plan term until you cancel. Checkout shows the price and how often it renews before you pay, and you agree to both there. If a clinician says no, you get your full payment back.

You pay EPETAH LLC, and we pay the pharmacy that fills your order. Your card statement will say Balmve RX. Our payment, cancellation and shipping policy applies to orders. You will not be enrolled in recurring billing without being shown the amount and billing frequency and agreeing to it. Cancel future renewals by contacting support before the next scheduled charge. Cancelling future payments does not itself stop or change medical treatment.

No insurance or Medicare

You pay for this service yourself. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree not to bill Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal, state or private insurance or payer for it.

Using a different pharmacy

You can have your prescription sent to any pharmacy you choose. Message your clinician in My care, or email support@balmve.com, with the pharmacy's name, address and phone number. That pharmacy sets its own prices, and your Balmve RX order won't cover them.

Other ways to get care

Telehealth is just one option. You can see your own doctor or a specialist in person instead. If you don't have a regular doctor, your insurance company, local health department or a nearby clinic can help you find one.

Safe use of the site

Do not impersonate another person, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Keep account credentials private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons, subject to applicable law and the clinical provider's obligations.

Emergencies

This site and its messages are not for emergencies. If it's urgent or an emergency, call 911 or go to urgent care or the nearest emergency room. Don't wait for an online reply.

Complaints about a clinician

If you have a concern about your care, you can file a complaint with the medical board in the state where you got care. Find your state's board at fsmb.org/contact-a-state-medical-board.

Protecting MDI and its clinicians

If you give false information or misuse the service, and that leads to a claim against EPETAH LLC, MD Integrations, or their staff or clinicians, you agree to cover the costs, as far as the law allows. This does not take away rights the law says you always keep.

Changes and your rights

We date policy changes and provide notice or obtain consent where required. Changes do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@balmve.com.
