How care is provided
Balmve RX is operated by EPETAH LLC, which provides website and business support. Independent licensed clinicians working with MD Integrations are responsible for clinical decisions. Our partner pharmacies fill prescriptions.
What telehealth involves
Telehealth connects you with a clinician who is in a different location. Depending on state requirements and clinical needs, care may use messages, health information, photographs, phone or video. Remote care cannot replace every in-person examination or test.
Incomplete information, technical problems or communication delays may affect care. A clinician may request testing or in-person assessment, or decline treatment. A prescription and a particular outcome are not guaranteed.
How your clinician may contact you
Your clinician and their team may contact you by video or audio files, phone, text message, email, or invitations to a secure (HIPAA) audio or video chat.
Your choices
Give accurate health information and your physical location. Ask the clinician about risks, alternatives and any questions before agreeing to treatment. Telehealth is just one option: you can see your own doctor or a specialist in person instead.
Your consent
By ticking the box before you pay, you agree to get care by telehealth from an independent licensed clinician working with MD Integrations. You understand what telehealth can and can't do, as explained on this page. You can choose in-person care instead. You can stop telehealth care for the future at any time by emailing support@balmve.com.
Emergencies
Call 911 or seek emergency care when needed. Do not wait for a response through the website. Business support cannot diagnose symptoms or change a prescription.
