Clinical care also requires a clinician licensed in the state where you are physically located during care, clinical eligibility and an appropriate prescription. MD Integrations provides the clinical network. Your case is reviewed only by a clinician licensed where you are. Do not enter a different address to bypass restrictions.
Medication information
Our partner pharmacies offer the following prescription compounds. The offering does not establish that a particular medicine is appropriate for you.
Weight management
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. These are supplied in vials, not branded injection pens. Each pharmacy supplies its own strengths (concentrations). Concentration is not your prescribed dose. Do not calculate injection instructions from this page.
Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. These are not FDA-approved generic versions of branded medicines. Compounding must meet applicable legal requirements and an individual patient's medical needs; price or preference alone does not establish eligibility.
Hallandale requires a prescriber clinical-reason statement for its semaglutide and tirzepatide Flex-Dose prescriptions. A website disclaimer or a questionnaire answer does not replace that clinical assessment.
Hair loss
Custom compounded hair-loss capsules (minoxidil, spironolactone, zinc, vitamin B5 and vitamin B6) and topical foam (minoxidil, spironolactone, tretinoin and ketoconazole). These combinations are compounded and are not FDA-approved. A clinician must determine whether any ingredient, combination or route is appropriate. The pharmacy proposal does not itself authorize a prescription. Strength, dose and directions must come from your treating clinician and dispensing pharmacy.
Risks and alternatives
All prescription medicines can cause side effects and may be unsuitable with certain medical conditions, other medicines, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Before treatment, your clinician must explain the relevant risks, alternatives (including FDA-approved options where appropriate) and instructions for your prescription. Do not start or change medication based on this website.
